Logging in:

I am logged in, but I am unable to view my online course.

  • Clear your cookies and cache and open a new browser window. Use Chrome or Firefox.

I am trying to log in, but it says my username and password don’t match.

  • Click the “Forgot password” link on the login page and follow the directions sent to your email address. Do not do this action more than once in one sitting.

There’s a Free Trial in my cart that I cannot delete.

My Course and Student Dashboard:

When I try to access my Interactive Practice Questions, I am sent back to my Student Dashboard.

I purchased Audio Lectures, and I do not see the MP3 Download in my account.

When I click on a course in my student dashboard, I see a message saying, “array” and nothing happens.

I’m watching my lectures, and the audio/sound is cutting out in occasional spots. The lecture also is skipping around.

My lecture viewing percentages are not reflecting my progress correctly.

Where are my video bookmarks?

  • Due to student demand, video times have shortened with this update. Therefore, video bookmarks did not port over.

Where are my notes?

I am unable to post a question to the Homework Help Center.

  • To post a new question, click on the tab that say “Ask a Question”. Follow the steps to asking your questions and hit the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. Once a moderator has approved your question, it will be posted.
