When I attempt to add a product to my cart, I am unable to do so, and the “add to cart” button is grey.

When I attempt to add a product to my cart, I am unable to do so, and the “add to cart” button is grey.

If the “add to cart” button is grey, it may mean that you have already added the product to your shopping cart. This is aimed at preventing students from accidentally purchasing two of the same product. Please click the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner to proceed through the checkout process. Please see the images below for guidance.

You may also be prevented from purchasing a product that you already have access to, such as an active section of our course. If you have an active course or courses, you are not able to purchase the same section(s) before the original products expire.
