It is becoming very clear to me that time is going to be somewhat of a factor in taking the Financial exam. Although the Audit exam had the same amount of time for the same number of questions, time was not really a consideration. In FAR there are more problems that require calculation and some can be very time consuming.

Roger points this out in his FAR review lectures. I am going to try to stick to his time management plan of about 45 minutes for each MCQ testlet. This leaves me about 105 min for the 7 simulation problems. Another thing to keep in mind is that some of the questions provide irrelevant information. By being clear on what the problem asks before you start working out any calculations, you can save yourself any wasted time.
So in review, keep an eye on the clock and focus on what the questions are asking and you wont have to worry about running out of time in FAR.
Happy studying!
