Rob Dewey has spent his career developing exceptional products that support aspiring and seasoned accountants as they strive for academic and professional success. He has over 30 years of experience working with the nation’s leading academic publishers—spending 25 of those years as an editor for accounting, tax and business law college textbooks and software. Utilizing his background knowledge and expertise in education, his combination of academic content and technology plays a significant role in Roger Learning’s continued growth.
As the Vice President of Product, Rob works with many stakeholders in the industry to meet client and student needs as market trends and product usability changes. As a result, Rob’s ability to marry domain knowledge with learner-centric technology has helped our stakeholders advance in the accounting profession by delivering intuitive and engaging learning systems. Rob is an active member of the American Accounting Association (AAA) and was on the advisory board for the Big Thinker conference in 2016.
Rob received a B.A. in classical archaeology from Dartmouth College and an MBA in finance from Farleigh Dickinson University. In addition, Rob received a Master of Divinity in history from Princeton Theological Seminary and a certificate in Hungarian language study from Nemzetkozi Elokeszito Intezet in Budapest, Hungary.
Rob currently resides near Cincinnati with his wife and daughter. He enjoys playing the viola in a local community orchestra and studying foreign languages, including: Greek, Hungarian, and German.
