Charlotte Roberts has held several leadership roles at Roger CPA Review, where she’s gained a multifaceted perspective of the accounting profession, with a deep understanding of the accounting education ecosystem. In 2013, she established the company’s e-Learning Department to bring accounting professional education materials into classrooms nationwide, and help bridge the gap between higher education and the profession.
Today, as Senior Vice President of e-Learning, Charlotte leads Roger CPA Review's Business Development division, which is responsible for growing, supporting and providing lasting value for the company’s academic and firm client base. She is an active member of the American Accounting Association, and highly sought-after keynote speaker due to her expertise on the student pipeline from education to career. She’s presented at various industry symposiums, such as the American Accounting Association’s Big Thinker Conference, UMKC Accounting Educators Seminar, and at multiple universities across the nation.
Charlotte is a champion for collaboration within the accounting profession. She believes it's important for the accounting community to cultivate spaces for idea exchange across all aspects of the profession - from the classroom to the boardroom. She considers professional gatherings as inspirational and energizing opportunities for the profession to connect with the greater accounting community, while providing new strategies to approach, sample, and exchange new ideas.
Charlotte currently resides in Brentwood, CA with her husband and two children. When not working, she enjoys volunteering within her local community and spending time with her family.
