There are no refunds for software, USB Drive Courses, cd-roms, books, etc. Items may be exchanged for items of the same, or similar value if, returned within 7 days of receipt. Postage is to be paid by customer. If the item arrives damaged or, there is some defect with the item we will replace the item free of cost.
