Credit Requirements: 150 semester units (225 quarter units) with Baccalaureate are required in the Illinois requirements to take the CPA exam.
Minimum Degree: Baccalaureate degree.
Additional Requirements: Baccalaureate degree with at least 24 semester units in accounting at undergraduate level and at least 24 hours of business courses at the undergraduate level or Graduate degree with at least 24 semester units in accounting at undergraduate level or 15 semester units at the graduate level (based on AACSB accreditation). Courses must be completed and degree earned prior to application submission. Final transcripts must be submitted with application.
