I am from Hong Kong and I have been in the U.S. for 2 years. My degree is not in accounting. English is my second language. I took the Roger CPA Review course and passed all four exams on the first try with scores of 93, 87, 85, and 83, while working full time. The course is very thorough and helpful. I spent 4 and 1/2 months studying for the first exam and 1 month for the last, and finished all in 9 months.

After graduating from school 8 years ago, I decided to go for my CPA this May. When I went to your live class the first day, I was worried about whether I could make it through. First of all, I did not have any accounting background and was away from school for a long time. (At the same time, I had to take the accounting classes to make up the credits for qualifying for the exam.) I was very impressed with your energetic teaching style. You have made the class so funny and easy to understand that I could follow you through the class. Most important, I like the way you summarized all the important subjects and presented them in a simple way. In the class, you repeated those important subjects several times to ensure we get it. Your teaching style and materials are the best in the industry.
For those preparing for the exams ~ I had to say it is one of the toughest exams in my life, follow with Roger and you will make it!! One small tip is to sign up for 4 sections together and get an unconditional repeat. You can use the unconditional repeat for accessing online classes, after attending the live classes. I normally would watch those sections which I did not understand several times via online. It is nice that you can pause and forward any time. Roger will never make you bored with his class!!

I passed, I passed...!!!!! I had been trying to pass for years and my mum finally said you need to go take a class or something, I signed up for the Roger CPA Review live class and I passed BEC and AUDIT right away, but because I was working so hard I used to sleep in the FAR and REG classes and I tried to study at home and I didn't pass. Then my mum said go back to "that guy" and take his classes again. So I bought the online cram for those two parts and I passed. Roger CPA review course is such a useful course that if somebody takes this course and follows Roger's advice, I can guarantee that every student, who is serious and determined to be a CPA, will become a CPA in the shortest possible time. Roger's CPA review courses are simply outstanding and Roger himself is extremely good in explaining the materials and how to deal with the exams. I personally believe no one can compete with him in this regard.
I started my study in mid July 2007 with Roger's USB course and sat for BEC and AUD exam at the end of Nov 2007, I got the scores of 85 and 80 respectively at the end of Dec 2007.
I was so encouraged by Roger's courses, I dared to write the final two exams, just in two months, at the end of Feb 2008 and got scores of 82 and 86. I have become CPA within eight months. This is simply unbelievable and I did it from outside USA. I give all credit to Roger and his courses.
If anyone wants to be a CPA, do not delay, go for Roger CPA review courses, study hard, follow Roger's instructions and become a CPA.

Hello Roger: You probably do not know or remember me, especially considering I took only the cram course for your REG section last month, and I couldn't make it to 2/3 days of classes as I was traveling for work. The reason I am writing to you is that I took the Regulation exam towards the end of last month after just 8 hrs of actually attending your class, and reading your book for a maximum of 2 days. The other books I looked at for regulation when I took it the first time were either too detailed or simply bad, and your book was just simply perfect in terms of what I needed to cover. In addition, I also bought your video course (now USB Drive Course) just to brush up on important stuff just before the exam, and I have to tell you, the 8hrs in your class, the video course and the book helped immensely, especially given the short amount of time I had to prepare. Considering busy season and everything at work, I simply did not have the time to study or prepare more. I just got my results back and I scored an 80 on the dot, and considering the amount of time I spent on the exam, it was simply great. Bottom-line, thanks a lot to you, your team and the great work you guys do. Thanks to you, I have completed my last part now, and my only regret is that I wish I had found you guys earlier. A multitude of thanks over and over again to Roger. I took the 9 week intensive review and the CRAM for FARE, which was my last section to pass. The pressure was on, since I would have lost my conditional credit had I not passed. Thanks to Roger, I received an 84! I began studying for the CPA exam 4 years ago when I spent a fortune on Becker's review. I was completely overwhelmed, bored and dissatisfied. There was always a different instructor and each of them had the personality of a celery stick. After that waste, I ordered a bunch of study books by different publishers and was again bored and dissatisfied. Let me say I have a closet full of review materials that did me no good. Roger, I just started the FARE online video course last night and I couldn't believe it but for the first time I understand the conceptual framework. I'm shocked. You were right in what you said, You'll understand accounting after the next 17 hours, it's happening. Anyway, more importantly that that, the Equity method vs. cost method for investment interests is a simple concept now. You took a very complex issue of which the components I had to always memorize and made it so simple and logical. In fact, I will not have to study the equity method again until the exam (although I probably will anyway). Not to sound like I'm weird but I really want to convey a feeling to you that I have never seen someone be able to do what you do with such complex material. I have had 20 year scholar professors; doctorates in their accounting fields; authors of countless publications and I don't think these guys understand this stuff like you do. Further, you are able to put it into understandable form in a matter of seconds. Years of school, Becker, and CPA Excel all together could not do what you did in a few seconds for many exam issues. I'm sorry, don't want to get emotional but I just wanted to make sure you're getting kudos for what you do. I don't know if you're told enough or not. So thanks. BEC I got an 85 and studied maybe 60 hours (8 of which were your lectures). The remainder I believe will be similar. Sorry for the long email, I just had to share my excitement about how I felt about the exam after one night (last night) of the cram course. I don't have my score yet on REG, but as you know, with each notice they tell which parts you passed and for REG I received no credit. Its' not just the lectures, which the whole world is already doing... Just thought, that I'd share with you as an FYI what my November CPA exam scores were, in case you gather any statistics. I took the November 2002 class in San Jose. After being out of school for 3 years, I knew I would be rusty, so expectations were low. I took the class for all 4 sections, and studied for 2 (okay, more like 1,....3/4?) I got the following results: LPR: 75 AUD: 72 FARE: 76 ARE: 70. I successfully obtained conditional credit, with very minimal study time. Roger's instruction alone was nearly enough to get me to pass all 4 sections. I feel very confident now that when I study for the remaining sections, I will be able to pass the remaining sections. I would never have passed all four parts my first try had I not taken Roger's class. I conditionally passed ARE & LPR on the November '00 exam. I studied on my own trying to pass Audit and FARE and got nowhere. With only three attempts left before I lost my conditional status, I decided to get Roger's help. So I took Roger's Audit Cram Course and proceeded to pass Audit. Then I took Roger's 14 week FARE review course and proceeded to pass FARE on the very next exam. Thanks Roger!!

Hello Roger CPA Review. Thank you so much for making my exam experience enjoyable! I graduated in May 2003, and was fortunate enough to earn a scholarship from you. I enrolled in the review course beginning June 2003 and took all four parts of the exam in November. I looked forward to getting up Sunday mornings to attend class with Roger. He made learning the exam material fun while using techniques that helped me retain what I was learning. As well as teaching the material, Roger gave me insight to the exam taking experience, Through his personal experience, he was able to set the scene for me so when I showed up on November 5, I was not surprised at the process. This decreased my stress level and allowed me to concentrate on the material and not the formalities. Like Roger says, if you put in the hours, you will pass. I did set aside several hours per week, took a few days vacation just prior o the exam and was fortunate enough to pass 3 parts of the November exam (FARE 76, ARE 77, LPR 83). I know if I would have spent a few more hours per week that I would have passed all 4. Since, Roger offers Unconditional Repeats, I signed up for the Audit review class in April, attended every class, did all the homework, scheduled a computer exam time in May 2004 and passed with flying colors, 88. Roger again was very helpful in passing along information regarding the procedures for taking the computerized exam. He gave me key information about the steps to take to apply, schedule my exam time, and also helpful websites like cpa-exam.org, which has a tutorial about the exam and sample questions. Roger has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge that he is excited to share. I feel fortunate to have been able to take advantage of it! Thanks, Roger!
