Roger's expert lectures will help you to arrive at the testing center feeling confident, motivated and alert. You'll have all of the focused information, powerful mnemonics and encouraging advice that helps 86% of our students pass the CPA Exam the first time. But, to be fully prepared for the exam, you'll need to understand a bit about the CPA Exam scoring process and time frame.
Passing each of the four CPA Exam sections requires a score of 75 or above, on a scale of 0-99. Students receiving scores of 74 or lower will need to retake that section of the exam.
CPA Exam scores are released in two waves each quarter. The first wave is scheduled for release about one week before testing ends in a window. The second wave is about two weeks after the last day of testing. The AICPA sends candidate scores to NASBA, and distribution of scores is the responsibility of the State Boards of Accountancy. Each board sets its own schedule regarding the frequency with which it will approve and release scores.
Some candidates claim that the hardest part of the CPA Exam is waiting for scores to be released. Many Roger CPA Review students, however, report less anxiety due to the greater confidence they gained when preparing with our courses. You have an 18 month "rolling" window in which to pass all four sections of the CPA Exam. That window begins from the time you take the first exam. If you don't pass all four parts within the 18 month window, you lose credit for the first part you passed, and the 18 month window rolls up to the next part you passed; this cycle continues until all four parts are passed with-in the time frame. By taking the exams at a slower pace you run the risk of having to retake previously passed exams and pay additional fees.
With so much at stake, it is vital that your CPA Exam review course prepares you as completely as possible. Roger CPA Review courses can last for an entire 18 month window, giving you the time and flexibility to fully prepare.
Thanks to your unparalleled knowledge and awesome teaching abilities I was able to score very high on the exam …
