In order to view the Online Course you must have Microsoft Media Player 10 for PC or Windows Media Player 9 for Mac or later installed on your machine. We do not support dial-up connections. We recommend viewing with a LAN or cable connection. AOL users may view the course as long as the requirements above are met.
Microsoft Media Player is offered for FREE at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx. If you do not already have it, download the file and follow the installation instructions on your screen.
