In order to receive the $100 deposit return, the USB drive course must be returned within 30 days from the completion of your viewing time-period, with original packaging and accessories, undamaged, and in good working and resalable condition. Please note the drive is delicate and can be damaged in transit if not packaged appropriately. If you are enrolling in a course via a direct bill relationship with your firm, the $100 deposit may be refunded to your firm. Please check with your HR department for clarification.

*If you have only one USB 1.1 port on your computer, it is possible that you will need to purchase a supplemental power supply ($19.95) from Roger CPA Review. Otherwise, no external power supply is necessary.

CANCELLATION, REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
There are no refunds for software, cd-roms, books, USB drive, etc. The USB Drive Course may not be returned for a refund. Items may be exchanged for items of the same, or similar value if, returned (in saleable condition) within 7 days of receipt. A restocking fee may be assessed. Postage is to be paid by customer.

In the event that there is a defect in the item ordered or if it arrives damaged to the customer we will replace the item free of cost. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. There are no returns or cancellations on the USB drive course.

I acknowledge that all materials purchased or provided including books, software, DVDs, USB External Drive, or any other material is for my private use only. I may not re-sell these products, and they are not authorized for any other use. Any public performance, copying, or other use is prohibited. USB Drive Course is not transferable to other parties, or re-saleable. All rights reserved.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The USB External Drive Course expires one year after installation. The USB External Drive Course may only be installed on one computer.

Extension Policy: If an extension is purchased on the Full USB Drive course then the course will be extended for an extra 6 months for a total of 18 months of viewing access. The USB External Drive course will then expire 18 months after installation. A 6 month extension can only be purchased at the time of original purchase of the USB drive and will change the expiration of the drive from 12 months to 18 months. An extension can only be purchased on a Full USB Drive course drive at the time of purchase.

Recording, Duplicating - You may not copy or reproduce any portion of the LICENSED MATERIALS.

(a) You may not distribute, share through any information network, transfer, sell, lease or rent any of the USB Drive Course to any other person, in whole or in part.
