Students enrolling in 1, 2 or 3 sections will receive 9 months to view each 1 hour segment as many times as they need. Students enrolling in all 4 parts receive the same initial 9 months of unlimited access. Upon the expiration of this initial 9 months, the student has 4 months to decide if they wish to repeat any sections. Repeats are assessed a $50 administration fee per part (see unconditional repeat policy below). Upon completion of this purchase, the student will then have another 9 months of unlimited access to all parts purchased.

Our CPA review course is structured for a variety of student types. Whether you are a first time review course student who has never sat or studied for the exam or, a seasoned professional, each topic is broken down from the beginning and taught as if the student has no prior knowledge of the particular topic at hand. That way if you are rusty, or never adequately covered the topic in college, you are never at a disadvantage come exam time. The class is structured so that all the essential elements of the exam are covered in a comprehensible format. All the heavily and frequently tested topics are thoroughly covered. All Exam question types are broken down and taught from scratch on a white-board where you can see the logical progression. Case-based simulations are treated during lecture with simulation software, and this software is included in our program.

For each part of the exam, students will receive a “Roger’s book”—written by Roger Philipp, CPA—as well as a homework book and simulation software. We offer students an extensive collection of simulations and over 4,000 multiple choice questions. “Roger’s books” are updated twice per year. Homework books and software are updated once per year.

All students who enroll in the Full Course (all 4 parts) are entitled to an Unconditional Repeat. This Unconditional Repeat is given in the form of session credits. When you register for 4 parts concurrently, you will have 9 months from the time you enroll to access the lectures. You have 4 months from the date your course expires to register for your repeat(s). Repeats have additional 9 months of viewing time. That gives you a total of 18 months of viewing time. Please note that a $50 administration fee per part will apply to repeats. There are no homework or attendance requirements for earning your repeats. When we say “unconditional”, we mean it. We do not require you to purchase new books or pay materials fees when you register for repeats.

Students may cancel and receive a refund of all charges (less the amount of $200.00 for the cancellation fee) if all materials are returned within 10 days of receipt. No more than one class per part purchased can be viewed to qualify for a refund. You must also notify Roger Philipp CPA Review in writing either by e-mail or postal mail about your decision to cancel. If you cancel after 10 days or after more than 1 class per part is viewed, no refund will be issued. Returns should be sent to:
