The requirements listed below relate only to eligibility to sit for and take the Uniform CPA Examination in the State of Delaware.

To be eligible to take the Certified Public Accountant examination or reexamination the applicant must possess the following qualifications:

None. 21 semester hours in accounting, auditing or federal taxation

Minimum degree required:

Associates degree

Additional Requirements:
None

Residency Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is not required

Minimum age: 18

It is not neccessary to be a resident, employee, or keep office(s) in the state.
